In pursuit of a Rogue Shinobi (HB, Suna)

Raidon, the esteemed Raikage of Kumogakure, sat in his office looking at some files. He had hired some missing ninja to go after a killer from the Hidden Cloud village and was awaiting them in his office. He had left some files on the seats that the ninja would sit on when they arrived, they would be images of the horrible murders of the children that the target had killed. He addressed his assistant Call them in

( note:By this time, Reaper would be a official ninja of Kohona. No bug deal, just wanted to let you know.^^ Its perfectly plausible Reaper would be here on some sort of delivery or something, and also plausible he would be willing to at least listen to Rai's request)

After being called, Reaper strides in, the armor and mask,along with the tribal arm tattoos, making for a rather menacing image. Fierce gold eyes examine the Raikage, for a bit, then he inclines his head, walking over to the desk, speaking with a voice like a growling animal."You wished to see me and my ward?" On his left shoulder plate, the badge of Kohona could be seen, though it blended in with the rest of the armor with a glance,,being covered with a dark substance.

(Note: By this time Sunaki would be following Reaper around but would not be a ninja of Kohona, just saying so there are no mix ups on if she is or not since she's with Reaper xp)

Sunaki had followed Reaper to the village but seemed distracted and uneasy ever since hearing that they were going there. Though she avoided the topic if asked why and always insisted on still going to stick with Reaper if told she could stay behind. Sunaki sat by reaper looking down her hands slightly shaking as she rested them in her lap.

Her legs closely pressed together she had kept low thus far hoping not to be probably recognized up till now keeping her hair in her face as much as possible. She heard they were called in and slowly looked in taking a deep breath before following Reaper in slightly hiding behind him and rather closely staying as silent as she could.

Raidon knew who Sunaki was, or who her parents were more accurately, but he didn't mention it, nor did he give them the kind smile he normally would have. Instead he gestured to the seats, inviting them to sit down I want you two to go after a rogue ninja, he has retreated to the land of fire, where my shinobi are not allowed to operate. If you read the files, it will give you information on the target if they had even the slightest hint of a conscience, they would be horrified after reading his crimes I want to go after him myself, but I have my duties here. I will pay you handsomely to do this, so please accept. he was gripping the table in silent anger, making slight cracks.

Reaper listens to his request, then sits down, taking a look at the images."..............." He seemed still, but if one were to look closely, they would see him slightly vibrating.He speaks, his normal, somewhat intidimating raspy growl twisted into a demonic snarl.It was obvious he wasn't just horrified...No, this was a Reaper enraged.....The rogue didn't have a chance."For crimes such as this....Consider him ash." He grips at his mask, taking a breath." I, personally, do not care for rewards, though I do request it to be fair....We will discuss it after I am finished, and depending on wounds and trouble received.As is for the moment, sir, consider it a join operation between Kohona and Kumogakure...Will we have assistance?"

Sunaki watched him speak, he wasn't smiling like usual, either this mission was that serious or Raidon had changed since she left. She didn't know him all too well but she had seen him around a bit, not enough to know him or anything but enough to know his face, and then he had became the Raikage about a year before she had left. Her mother mentioned him sometimes to her but usually just in remarks to the new missions she had been given.

She knew enough about the Raikage to know that he usually smiled though. She nervously sat down next to reaper she didn't know if the Raikage had recognized her or not. Hell she didn't even know if he knew her mom directly or not either. For all she knew her mother kept her home life quiet when at work, but she doubted it since her mother was a very friendly and kind person to generally everyone but knew when to get serious which of course was how she had gotten to the anbu rank.

She leaned over as Reaper opened the files and her face grew pale and her expression filled with true horror. She gripped her bags strap as she felt shivers running all over her body. Those were children... Photos of real children... who were killed in such gruesome ways. She she had impaled people before but... the number despite her big talk was very very few on the count of those she had killed before and all accounts were when her hand was forced due to she'd die if she didn't kill them.

But this killer.... He killed innocent children... and the realization that they were going to hunt down this guy to confront him left her truly horrified to the point of where she was seriously rethinking the whole I'm ready for the big leagues and I'm going to follow you on every mission talk. Her look on her face said all this and more, and Raidon would clearly by now having seen many other new ninja coming along that she was not skilled at all with these kinds of things yet, he'd probably based on the face she had no village's symbols or head bands with her that she probably had never even stepped foot in a ninja academy before let alone took on a guy like this.

Sunaki looked up to Reaper to see if he had at all the same reaction, anything to tell her that he too was thinking about not taking on the mission due to it possibly being a suicide mission. But alas all she saw was his rage in her eyes that made her look even more terrified. She wasn't scared of him but she was scared because she knew... he wasn't going to back down from this fight... She looked back down to the photos almost feeling sick as she looked back over the gruesome images and details all about the killer that could have been gathered. She gripped her bags strap harder as she looked down to the ground when Reaper got up.

She couldn't allow him to see how scared she was, she couldn't let him see her trembling but her hands still trembled. If he'd see her in this state she just knew he'd use this as an excuse to make her stay here, but.... she couldn't let him go alone... but she also knew she wasn't ready for something like this... her parents might have been super strong anbus and she their daughter but... her mother still died on a mission...

And her father still lost himself in his own mind out of sorrow from losing her mother and anger due to Sunaki being strong enough to be a powerful ninja but always refusing to become one. If strong well trained anbu were defeated that easily... what chance did a poorly self taught girl like her had? She slowly stood up then, she had to go... if she didn't she might lose him like she lost her mother...

Reaper was more than willing to take on this job, but it didn't take an expert to tell that Sunaki really didn't want to do this, she was very obviously afraid. Raidon sighed, not knowing what he could say to comfort her or make her feel more at ease, she hadn't been to ninja academy, she has not received the same psychological training that even the most inexperienced of shinobi take for granted. He sighed I wouldn't ask you two to do this if it was above your abilities, if this was a job requiring elite anbu ninja I would have asked for some he looked between the two I think you two have some talking to do, go into that room over there, where you won't be disturbed. If you decide you can't do this, I will understand

Reaper glances at his ward, blinking. She was scared...The shinobi sighs inaudibly. He should have known she wasn't ready....Reaper nods at Raidon." Yes...thank you for your patience, sir. Well be right back." He goes over to the room, looking at Suna."....So, what troubles you?"

Sunaki stayed silent and closed her eyes as the raikage spoke he sold her out... she reopened her eyes and followed reaper into the room she trembled still scared but she held her strap tightly. She slowly looked up to him he could be able to tell that even she knew she wasn't cut out for this job. "n-nothing...." she forced out looking off clearly not wanting to let him go alone but also so cared of going on the mission she was even near tears she was so scared yet even more scared to let him go alone.
