OOC: This is a thread which you will only reply to once, as in essence it is just calligraphy sent back and forth between the respective Kages. Parts that are specific to each Kage will be in their respective colors. This means that the colored sections only appear once for each recipient.

BIC: A message detailed with excellent and beautiful calligraphy arrived at the offices (Or aviaries) of the Kazekage, Raikage, Mizukage, and the General Regent of the Samurai Lands.

Greetings, (Lady Kazekage/Lord Raikage/Lord Mizukage/Lord General Regent. As you may well know, Konohagakure is having the Chunin Exams this time of year. As is customary we have decided to invite the other nations to have their Genin sent over to us and take the Exam so they may advance to the rank of Chunin. I wish to extend this invitation personally in a meeting with you. Please let me know of your decision as soon as you can.

Lord General Regent, I am aware that yours is a different land from ours, and I am also aware that we are not on the friendliest of terms. But as of today I wish to give you the chance to meet me in person. I know the samurai value your neutrality on our matters, but I wished to extend the invitation to you as well, no less. It is your choice whether to send someone to spectate, but I do hope you'll meet with me all the same.

Lord Hokage,

It was with great pleasure that Sunagakure received your invitation. After careful discussion with my council, it has been decided that Sunagakure will send all of it's qualified Genin to Konohagakure to participate in the Chunin Exams if discussions go well. Their squad leaders would be sent along with them, and will serve as protection from any trouble that they might encounter along the way.

You are welcome to visit the Sand at your leisure (with proper notification sent beforehand, of course) where we can further discuss the details, and it is then that I will give my formal answer.

It's that time of year again is it? Alright, lemme send some genin your way. My advisers wanted me to be formal while writing this letter, but I said forget them! I'll send the genin whom I think have the most talent, so don't feel bad when my kids dominate your kids. I'll also be sending some jonin along with them, but this is just to protect from attack from bandits or rogue shinobi. Not that anyone's stupid enough to mess with shinobi from my villiage. Anyway, my kids and I look forward to your hospitality.

To respect the laws and customs of the Land of Iron, I shall bid you welcome within regards to neutrality. As for your Chunin Exams, I shall make an appearance to see the prospects of the shinobi with mine own eyes. If needed, Lord Hokage, the Land of Iron offers a small force to serve as security for the event. I await your response.

I am honored to have the General Regent himself making an appearance at the Chunin Exams. A small security force for the event would be wonderful, considering your affinity for neutrality in our matters. We are trying our utmost to prevent any fatality this year, so your troops would definitely be helpful in that regard.
