Elemental Natures: Lightning Release, Earth Release, and Explosion Release

Skills: Basic ninja training - As a jounin, Dalia has undergone extensive training in Endurance and Survival Skills. She is by no means above jounin level in either of those skills, but she certainly is considered average in these departments.

Explosion Ninjutsu - Using Clay she carries in bags, Dalia takes after the feared member of Akatsuki, Deidara. Her hands eat the clay and spit out birds, that she can then direct and control and eventually detonate. These attacks have 4 different power levels, based on the clay output and chakara output. C1 is the weakest, and C4 is the strongest, strong enough to obliterate up to 10 kilometers. When C4 explodes, it releases a cloud of microscopic bombs that enter the bloodstream of anyone who inhales them.

Chakara - Though Dalia doesn't have a cast amount of chakara, she has a rather average amount, she is excellent at controlling that chakara and not wasting it.

Speed - Dalia is well above the average speed of a jounin. This is a skill she trains often. The birds she controls when she makes her clay are also very fast, and shown to be able to maneuver and dodge fast attacks last minute.

Weaknesses: Range - In close quarters combat, Dalia is at a big disadvantage. She is not proficient in Taijutsu, only meets the bare minimum to qualify as a jounin. In close quarters, unless she has an obvious experience advantage, she will lose.

Limited Resources - Since her jutsu run on the clay that her hands eat, she can only cast her explosive jutsu when she has clay. If she runs out of her clay is taken from her, she is stuck to using only the amount of clay that her hands have in them.

Casting Time - Dalia's hands have to eat the clay before they can spit it out. Usually she can do this before a fight, but if she is ambushed she needs a few seconds to feed her hands before she can attack. The clay can stay in her hands for about an hour before the hands spit them out.

Sacrifice - Her C4 detonation requires the caster to explode with it. Usually it's only done with a Chibi Clone, but it can be done with a full sized clone or Dalia herself. The bigger the sacrifice the bigger the explosion.

Equipment: Basic Ninja Tools (ie shuriken, kunai), two satchels of clay.




Personality: Dalia is generally laid back, but reliable when a job needs to be done. She enjoys her explosions, and finds them beautiful. She is not nearly as obsessed with art as Deidara was, but she does admire beauty when she sees it, whether it's physical or genjutsu. Generally, she tries to avoid fights when possible, if only because her explosions might destroy the scenery.

Strengths: She is smart and manipulative, a very convincing liar when she needs to be though she tries to avoid lying.

Interests/Habits: She likes to draw and often reads, her favorite book being the classic love story "Come, Come, Paradise" and it's sequels.




Family Members: Her only known relative is a sister.
Place of Origin: Iwagakure
History: Dalia was born in Iwagakure, but has no memories of the place. She was moved to live with an aunt in Kirigakure before she could even walk. This is where she was raised, but she generally was more interested in the history of her hometown. At a young age, she made a venture to Iwagakure. On the way, she found herself lost. After spending a few days wandering the areas around Iwagakure, she stumbled on the lair of former Akatsuki member, Deidara. There she became fascinated with his art, and studied his kinjutsu. At this young age, she wasn't aware that the jutsu was forbidden in Iwagakure. After getting the research from Deidara's hideout and getting the jutsu for herself, she returned to her travels. She just happened to find herself back in Kirigakure before she could ever find Iwagakure.

When she returned, the Mizukage didn't condemn her and instead respected the strength of the kinjutsu, hoping it would become a use in the future. It sparked her training, pushing herself harder than any kid her age to study and master the style as fast as possible. Her previous research served to help.

She soared through the ranks due to her unique style and seemingly natural talent with it. At age 12, she took the Chunnin exam and passed with flying colors. At age 15, she took the jounin exam and passed as well, though many were skeptical of allowing one so young join the ranks of elite ninja.

There is only one thing that I don't see working here; the mouths. Deidara wasn't born with them; it was a kinjutsu- a forbidden technique. If she somehow found that it would be skeptical but at least I could roll with it.
