Raidon has learnt several jutsu in his time, but he does not use all of them. The jutsu listed here are ones that he uses in battle, but he also uses others in everyday life, for example, if something is too dry he may use a weak water style jutsu on it. That is just an example of how ridiculously large this list would be if I listed everything.
Lightning Jutsu
Lightning shadow clone jutsu- A shadow clone made of lightning, when it is defeated, it turns to electricity and shocks anyone touching it.
Henge no jutsu Inazuma - A variation of the transformation jutsu that he invented. Upon use, he transforms into a lightning bolt, this allows him to travel at the speed of lightning. In this form, he cannot interact with his environment, it is only useful for travelling at high speeds. Furthermore, this jutsu has a cooldown time of a few minutes and cannot be used to just speed blitz the opponent.
Zeusu no Ikari no jutsu- He gathers lightning chakra in one hand and closes his fist, then a bolt of lightning will form in his hand. Once it has formed, he can hurl it at his opponent, it has enough destructive force to destroy large buildings.
Toru No Hanma- He gathers lightning chakra in his hands and clasps his hands together. Electricity will burst onto his arms so that it looks like he's wearing lighting bolts on his arms. To use this attack, he can either smash his clenched fists onto the ground to create a massively powerful shockwave or he can strike his opponent directly, making them feel the full force of the attack without causing massive property damage.
Lightning style Wave of Inspiration- He performs the hand signs for this before performing the hand signs for a water style jutsu to add electricity to the water.
Water jutsu
Kairyu no jutsu- He gathers chakra in his mouth to form water which he spews out, instead of a concentrated stream of water which hits for maximum damage, it instead spreads out wide and gets everything wet rather than dealing damage. This is best when setting up for a powerful lightning style
Akua Ken no jutsu- He gathers chakra in his mouth and spews it out, just like other water style jutsu, this lets out a stream of water shaped like an arm with a fist at the end of which flies at the target. When the jutsu hits, it splashes like a water balloon, except the water explodes with enough force to send people flying.
Water wall jutsu- He spews water from his mouth in a widespread manner directly in front of him to defend himself at the front.
Poseidon no Oukou no jutsu- He uses water already in the area, either from his past jutsu or from a water source. He makes a water trident rise out of the water before causing all the water to wrap itself around the trident. He then sends the trident flying at the target, obviously the trident doesn't actually pierce anything, but it explodes similarly to Akua Ken except with enough force to destroy average-sized buildings. This cannot have the lightning element added to it but does make the area wet.
Storm jutsu
Reza Shuryudan no jutsu- He fires a laser beam which is harmless on it's own. When it hits something, it detonates like a bomb, forming an explosion of Storm style chakra. The explosion is so powerful he can't use it when fighting in a villiage, or he would destroy an entire town block and kill several dozen bystanders.
Reza no Dangan no jutsu- He fires a beam for a single second so that rather than a concentrated beam it is like an orb flying at the enemy. Upon contact, it explodes with enough force to blast down a hole. Since it is themed as a bullet, it can be used multiple times to stack the effects. The maximum that can be fired at once is six, the combined force takes a large chunk out of a building. This is the only Storm style jutsu that does not have a large chakra cost and the only one that can be used several times in the same battle.
Storm style Laser Circus- He fires a laser that splits into several lasers. He can control their direction freely. His version of the technique is twice as strong as Darui's during the series.
Shi Reza no jutsu- He fires a laser that, instead of exploding like other storm style attacks, pierces through obstacles. With this jutsu, he could burrow a passageway through a mountain large enough for a few people to walk to the other side without feeling cramped at all. He cannot use it at all if he has already used at least one other Storm Style jutsu in the same fight or has been fighting with Lightning or Water style for a minute. If this jutsu does not work, he is finished.
